Inspection report software for NSW building and pest inspectors

Write pre-purchase, timber pest, building and pest, pool, handover and condition reports on site in New South Wales, and issue them as branded PDFs your clients can check by QR code. Built by a working building inspector, with an edition for NSW.

Your first three reports or agreements are free. No card and no account. See pricing.

Six toolkits in one app

Each toolkit has a report and its matching client agreement.

Work on a phone, tablet or computer, even without signal. Photos are stamped with the time and compass direction, and every PDF carries a QR code your client can use to check it.

New South Wales rules at a glance

The rules NSW inspectors work with most, checked against official sources in October 2026.

Who can inspect

NSW has no specific licence for pre-purchase building inspections. NSW Government guidance tells buyers to use a suitably qualified person, such as a licensed builder, surveyor or architect, with adequate professional indemnity insurance.

Timber pest work

Timber pest work that uses pesticides needs a timber pest management technician licence from the EPA. The licence calls for units CPPUPM3008 (inspect for and report on timber pests) and CPPUPM3010 (control timber pests).
